Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no work has been commenced on your project. Once work has begun, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the work completed versus the total project scope.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: third-party software or tools purchased on your behalf, advertising spend on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, domain registration or hosting fees, and any custom development work that has been delivered and approved.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact page.
Service Quality Guarantee
We strive to deliver the highest quality of service. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service was provided.
